
She is the recipient of awards from the Tennessee Economic Council on Women, Girls Inc./Chattanooga, American Planning Association/Chicago, and the National Catholic Press Association. Currently headquartered in Tennessee, she trains international executives in corporations such as Volkswagen, Nissan, Toyota, International Paper, and Kimberly Clark. Brought up in the British colony of Bermuda, she has a life-long passion for cross-cultural education and obtained advanced degrees in cultural anthropology and in urban planning. Her articles on cultural diversity are published in journals, popular magazines, and newspapers in the U.S. GOING SOUTHERN was featured on CSPAN-BOOK TV.
